Cancellation and Refund

Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Refund Policy:

All sales on food and perishable goods are final. Due to the nature of these products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team at our customer service at hello@chatorirajani.com  within 24 hours of delivery with the image of the product and your order number.

By placing an order, you agree to these policies.

Replacement Eligibility:

– Incorrect Item: If you receive a wrong product that is  not what you ordered.
– Timeframe: You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
– Proof: You must provide proof, such as photos or videos, of the  incorrect item.

Refund Process:

– Once we verify your claim, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
– Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.
