Sirf Mirchi Achar

Sirf Mirchi Achar is oil free pickle and the Mirchi ka achaar from the duet of Nimboo Mirchi Achar, due to high demand of sirf Mirchi ka achar, now we are presenting this pickle from our legendry Nimboo Mirchi Achar. 

Despite being pickled, the antioxidants of lemon and the dietary fiber of green chillies remain intact as this pickle has been prepared using   spices and without a single drop of oil. It has been prepared in a Rajasthani household, strictly adhering to the principles of Rajasthani cooking. The consumption of this pickle improves digestion and is known to boost the metabolism of the body.
Ingredients : Green Chilli,  Lemon juice, Rai, Salt, Methi dana, Saunf , Red Chilli Powder, Haldi, Kalonji, Heeng.
Storage :  Store in  cool and dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture Always use a clean  and dry spoon to scoop the pickle out.
