Our special Bedmi Poori Atta is a wholesome blend of whole wheat flour, urad dal, and carefully roasted spices that give the pooris their signature flavour. Just add water, knead into dough, and fry to enjoy crispy, golden pooris with a spiced kick. Perfect with aloo sabzi, chutney, or pickle – a ready mix that saves time without compromising on tradition. 

Directions to use : Add the mix in a bowl, add some lukewarm water to make a semi firm dough. Knead well and let it rest for 15-20 minutes. Roll with a rolling pin and fry at medium-high flame until golden brown.

Ingredients: Whole wheat flour, Urad daal, Cumin, Black salt, Rock salt, Red chillies, Fennel seeds, Black pepper, Coriander seeds, Asafoetida (hing).
