Directions to use : To one measuring cup of this mix, add 1/2 cup of curd. Knead it well with water (if needed) for around 5-8 minutes and add one tsp oil and knead it again for 2-3 minutes. The should be soft. Rest the dough for at least 2 hours at room temperature. Roll into bhatura shape and fry in hot oil.
